The objective of Lake Howell Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. ("LHPW") is to familiarize young participants, regardless of race, creed, color or national origin, with the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. LHPW will provide participants with the opportunity to play/cheer in an organized and supervised environment under the rules and regulations of Pop Warner. All those involved with LHPW shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of football games or cheerleading competitions is secondary to that of molding the young members of our community.
